3. Order Fulfillment & Delivery

•   Cash on Delivery (COD): We  offer COD. a 20% advance payment is required to confirm your order. Once paid, your order is immediately confirmed, a notification email will be sent to you, and our team will prepare your items for dispatch.
• Secure Payments: Your transactions are protected with industry-standard encryption and payment gateways to ensure safety and privacy.
• Cancellation Policy: Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched. Please review your order carefully before confirming payment.
• Delivery Attempts: Our delivery partner will attempt to deliver your order up to three times. If delivery is unsuccessful after these attempts, the package will be returned to us.
• Reshipping Charges: If your order is returned due to non-acceptance, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to resend the package.

• COD Non-Acceptance Policy: If a Cash on Delivery (COD) order is refused or not accepted upon delivery, the 20% advance payment is strictly non-refundable to cover processing and handling/shipping  costs.

• Pre-Dispatch Cancellations: Orders can be canceled for a 100% full refund only before they are dispatched. Please note that your account dashboard may take a few hours to update with the live tracking data; if you wish to cancel, please contact our Customer Service immediately to verify the exact dispatch status.
